Introduction

Welcome to The Positive Divorce Coach. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By engaging in our coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We offer personal coaching services designed to help clients achieve their personal and professional goals. Our services may include one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, workshops, and other related activities (collectively, "Services").

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for our Services, you must be at least 18 years old. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Booking and Payments

• Booking: Sessions can be booked through our website, via email, from our social media accounts or by phone. Availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

• Payments: Payments for our Services are due in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments through bank transfer, paypal,credit and debit cards.

• Refunds: Refunds are only available under specific conditions outlined in our refund policy. Please review our refund policy on our website or contact us for more details.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel a session. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a charge for the full session fee.

• Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our clients. All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding the results of our coaching services. Your success depends on various factors, including your commitment and effort. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during our coaching sessions, including but not limited to written content, presentations, and exercises, are the intellectual property of  The Positive Divorce Coach. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without our express written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other clients or our business interests.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
